We are dedicated to helping you manage diabetes through the continuous development of improved and innovative diabetes management tools.

Now, when you buy an ACCU-CHEK^® insulin pump system, you’ll be able to stay in step with future pump advances. Through our PUMPED UP! Upgrade Program, you can “trade up” to new generation pump technology at an affordable upgrade fee if your current ACCU-CHEK pump was purchased within the three years before launch of any of our future ACCU-CHEK pump systems.

And there’s no need to “hold back” for the newest pump, because if we launch a new system at any time within six months of your most recent pump purchase, you’ll be able to upgrade at no charge!

Here’s how the PUMPED UP! Upgrade Program works:

• We will collect the upgrade fee directly from you. Note, your insurance plan likely will not reimburse you for the upgrade fee.
• You’ll be required to trade in your current insulin pump within 30 days of receiving the new pump’s delivery. If you do not send in your pump within 30 days, you will be invoiced the full retail price of the new pump system.
• Your warranty on the new pump will be limited to the term of warranty remaining on your current pump.
• You’ll remain obligated for any payment balance due on your current pump. If you or your insurance plan are making payments to the supplier of your current ACCU-CHEK pump, you need to contact your supplier to determine whether the program is available to you.

Restrictions and Exclusions:

• This program and its terms and pricing are effective February 16th, 2009 and may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice.
• Available to U.S. customers only. Beneficiaries of Medicare or Medicaid insurance coverage or residents of Massachusetts may not participate in this program.
